By using the Bvelt application, you acknowledge that all intelligent suggestions, including review replies, advertisement copy, and video scripts generated using our models, are for assistance and educational simulation purposes. Active contractors are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any marketing text before communicating with final B2C homeowners or publishing to public listings (such as Google Maps/GMB).
This application takes data privacy seriously. All customer leads, review templates, and financial estimates are stored locally within your secure client browser environment (localStorage) or associated Firebase sandboxes. Credit card inputs are never collected or requested on this tool. Any custom API Keys entered inside the Settings are kept on your local memory space and strictly proxy requests to official Gemini model channels, completely bypassing external tracking or logs.
SMS/WhatsApp routing communications processed via external protocol links (e.g., sms: or wa.me:) use the contractor's personal device cellular carrier plan. Bvelt does not transmit, store, or charge for these text message exchanges.
